Group transport goes wrong in the gaps rather than in the driving. Thirty people leaving a hotel at 6:15 for a 7 o'clock start is a straightforward job. Thirty people leaving whenever they finish breakfast is not. The planning is in deciding how many vehicles run, in what order, and what happens to the people who miss the first departure.

An executive Sprinter seats up to 14 and fits where a coach cannot, which matters at older downtown addresses, tight venue entrances and garages with a height limit. A Hummer stretch limousine seats up to 20 and is a celebration vehicle rather than a shuttle. Many events use more than one of the three.
Weddings are usually better served by a shuttle loop than by a single departure. A vehicle runs between the hotel block and the venue on a published interval, guests leave when they are ready instead of standing outside in formalwear, and nobody has to drive home after the reception. Budget the return loop to run later than you think you need.
