Corporate travel

Executive and corporate ground transportation

Dedicated chauffeurs by the half day or full day, multi-stop roadshows across Manhattan and northern New Jersey, and client pickups where the vehicle arriving is part of the impression your company makes. Booked once, confirmed in writing, billed on one account.

Written for the person doing the booking

Most corporate calls we take do not come from the passenger. They come from an executive assistant, a chief of staff or a travel manager arranging the day on someone else's behalf, and that person is the one who hears about it if the car is late. So the service has to answer to them first. You get the chauffeur's name and mobile number before the day starts, a confirmation you can forward without rewriting it, and one number to call at 2:40 when the 2 o'clock meeting has not broken up and the rest of the afternoon needs to shift.

Corporate days are booked as time rather than as separate trips. A dedicated chauffeur for a half day or a full day keeps the same vehicle with your executive between stops instead of releasing it and re-requesting one, so coats, bags and paperwork stay in the car. That is what makes a roadshow work. Across Manhattan and northern New Jersey the constraint is almost never the driving. It is where the vehicle can legally wait while a forty minute meeting turns into an hour.

Discretion is part of the job description. Chauffeurs treat the cabin as a private office: calls, documents and conversation stay in the vehicle, and drivers do not discuss passengers, destinations or schedules with anyone.

Because the concierge desk sits on the same account, the hotel and restaurant bookings that bracket a trip are arranged in the same thread as the cars, and the flight-tracked airport transfer at either end lines up with the itinerary. When a team travels together, an executive Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle. For anything larger, see group transportation and conference shuttles.

How corporate work is arranged

Dedicated chauffeur, half day or full day

The vehicle and the driver are yours for the block of time you book, not for a single ride. Stops can be added during the day without rebooking, waiting time is expected rather than exceptional, and the executive never moves belongings between cars. The right structure for client visits, board days and any itinerary that will change.

Roadshows and multi-stop days

Send the running order and we plan the day backwards from the last meeting. The chauffeur holds the schedule, knows the next address before the current meeting ends, and positions the vehicle so the walk out of a building is short. If a meeting overruns, dispatch reworks the remaining stops rather than leaving the assistant to do it by phone.

One contact, one invoice

An assistant or travel manager works with a named point of contact instead of a queue, and every trip on the account lands on one itemised invoice with the passenger, date and route on each line. Expense coding becomes a monthly task rather than something you chase after every ride.

How a corporate booking works

  1. 1. Share the itinerary

Send the day as you already have it: addresses, meeting times, passenger names, headcount. A forwarded calendar invite or a rough list is enough to start from.

  2. 2. We confirm in writing

You get back a written confirmation with the vehicle, the chauffeur's name and mobile number, and every pickup time, in a form you can forward straight to the passenger.

  3. 3. The chauffeur runs the day

Stops are followed as scheduled and reworked live when the day moves. Changes go through dispatch, not from the back seat.

  4. 4. One invoice follows

Everything on the account is billed together and itemised by trip, so there is no card at the curb and no receipt to reconstruct later.

Set up a corporate account

If you book travel for other people, start with a single day. Send the itinerary and we will come back with the vehicle, the timing and the written confirmation you can pass along.
